    Mondays, 5 week sessions starting June 17th & .July 22nd Beginners at 1pm, Intermediate at 2pm Find your Zen with this beginning Tai Chi Class with an option to use chair. Tai Chi exercises help to rejuvenate, heal, energize and de-stress; and help those with arthritis, joint pain, back pain and more. Cost for 5-week session is $26 for members, $32 for non-members. Drop in fee is $7.
