  4. Matter of Balance presented by Macomb Area Agency on Aging

    Tuesdays for 8 weeks Beginning March 19, 2019 from 1pm to 3pm Do you have concerns about falling? Join this class presented by the Macomb Area Agency on Aging to learn informational tips, group exercises to increase strength, flexibility and endurance while sharing solutions and positive thinking! A Matter of Balance is an evidence based program for seniors who want to learn more about preventing falls and want to live an overall heathier, more positive life! Cost is $8.00 for 8 sessions.   5. Learn to Play Hockey with Chad La Rose

    This 5-week program is for ages 4-14 and will teach and develop hockey skills including shooting, passing, stick handling and skating.
