There are several links on the city pages for Crimedar. Error message states that Fraser is no longer a client.

There is a great deal of confusion about how water and sewer charges are calculated, especially the "ready to serve" charge and the monthly bill.

I received feedback to a concern re: tall grass and weeds. The response back to me was " the grass has already been cut. Continual reporting of concerns that are not concerns wastes time and money. Please allow the owner time to cut their grass prior to reporting non complaints." What the heck does this mean? Don't pull them over if their driving 50 mph in a 25 mph zone because they may eventually reduce the speed to 25?
If the property owner has not cut their grass/weeda and it's reached the City Of Fraser Zone Ordinance limit then I'm supposed to wait and give them more time to comply? How tall should it be before I complete the city form? Should I wait until it's 20 inches tall to be sure we don't waste the time of the city employees who get paid to do a job and not complain. I tried to send a reply to the email that was initially sent to me by Andy that the grass had been cut two days later but it bounced back. Maybe that could be a starting point to fix the over-burdened

I believe it would be helpful if there were a section at the top of the home page that indicates any emergency in Fraser. Such as a snow emergency, tornado warning, ect. Currently there doesn't seem to be anything in place that lets people know we are under a snow emergency other than waiting to hear it from one of the news reports on TV. A system similar to the school districts, that sends out a text message, would also be very helpful.
