Senior Stretch & Strength Class

Thursdays at 2:30pm, 6 week sessions starting January 16th
This 50 minute class will focus on stretching the body and building strength with gentle movements and 1-4 lb. hand weights. Each class will end with a cool down. Class may have some standing, however the class can also be performed while seated in the chair. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Cost for 6 sessions is $26 members, $32 non-members or a drop in fee of $7 for individual classes.
