Chair yoga focuses on increasing movement and using a chair assures that people of all abilities are able to participate. Cost for 6 sessions is $26 members, $32 non-members.

We are starting a once a month, informational seminar. We will invite presenters from miscellaneous businesses that we think will help our residents and members. Win a fairy garden! Please give us a call to let us know of what you would like to see at the center.

Could you use some assistance with your new phone, tablet or laptop? Perhaps you just need to brush up on how to use your email or Facebook account. Bring your questions as you meet one-on-one with a volunteer in this FREE program. Must register one week in advance, cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance to respect the volunteer assistant’s time. Games are played at Steffens Park. Regular Season is possible 10 weeks (guaranteed 8 weeks). Monday League has single headers, single elimination playoff tournament. Cost is $375 per team, Umpire fees are INCLUDED. Register now and reserve a team spot with $100 deposit before League is filled.
