Thursdays at 2:30 pm, August 16, 23 & 30th
Join our teacher, Ms. Cindi, in this interactive class with preschool activities and routines. Includes circle time, activities, story time, music and movement.  Parents or designee must stay with child during class and participate. Child must be 2.5 by start date of program. Cost is $30 resident, $35 non-resident.

All By Myself
Thursdays at 1:30 pm, August 16, 23 30th
Join Ms. Cindi at this playschool designed to prepare your child for a preschool or kindergarten experience! Children will participate in a playschool setting doing activities such as circle time, story time, music and movement, while parents wait in a different room.  Children will learn preschool routines, make new friends, and have fun while you wait just down the hall! Must be 3.5 by start of program. Cost is $30 resident, $35 non-resident.

Grand-Bowl Day
Saturday, September 15th from 12-3 pm @ Fraser Star Lanes
Spend an afternoon with your “grand”! A lil’one-on-one time together is good for the soul! Program includes two games of bowling, shoes, pizza, drink and a special keepsake photo. Cost is $12 each resident, $15 each non-resident. 

Junk Drawer Science
Tuesday, August 14
Grades K-2@ 6 pm, Grades 3-5@ 7 pm
Join Engineer Rachel as she guides kids through some fun science experiments! Pre-registration is required, spaces limited. This is a FREE program but donations are accepted! No-shows will be dropped from any future program dates. Volunteers needed! Sign up online at http://bit.ly/FraserVolunteer

Crazy Fit Kids
Tuesdays starting September 18th
Grades 1-4 at 6:00pm, Grades 5-8 at 7:00pm
It's time to start training to be a stronger, healthier you!! This boot-camp inspired kids class is designed to get you moving and having a blast! Join Powerhouse Gym certified Trainer Billy as you work out and have fun! Cost is $50 residents and $62 for non-residents for five weekly 45 minute sessions at the Activity Center Gym. Register by September 12th at the Activity Center, online or by mail.

Flag Football Skills Camp
Mondays & Wednesdays starting September 10th
Grades 2-3 and 4-6 at 6:30 pm at Steffens Park. 
This 3 week skills camp is for anyone who wants to learn to play flag football, needs to practice their skills, or just wants to play with their friends! The two age divisions will practice on different fields. Parent Coaches needed! Contact the Recreation Department 586.296.8483. Cost is $25 resident, $32 non-resident. 

Flag Football Flag Football League
Monday and Wednesdays, Beginning October 1st
Grades 2-3 @ 6 PM, Grades 4-6 @ 7 PM
Play under the lights at Steffens Park in this 5-week session will include 1 practice with a regular season game schedule. Coaches will continue to teach players football fundamentals while learning what it means to be part of a team and good sportsmanship. Register with a friend to be put on the same team. Register by Sept 21st. $50 Residents/$60 Non-Resident for instruction & shirt. Parent Coaches needed! Contact the Recreation Department 586.296.8483.

Sports Mashup
Thursdays, Starting September 27th
Grades K-2 at 6 pm, Grades 3-6 at 7 pm
This 6-week program is designed to have your child run off some energy with a variety of games! We’ll be playing 5 different sports and 50 minutes of fun! It’s more fun to play with friends so sign up with a friend to get $5 off each! Register by September 21st. $50 Residents/$60 Non-Residents for instruction and shirt.

Bowling League
Saturdays at 10 AM, Starting September 22nd
Enjoy 8 sessions of youth bowling at Fraser Star Lanes! Teams will practice the first half of the season and have a tournament at the end of the season. This program is parent coached. Teams require a minimum of 3 participants. To volunteer as a coach, please contact the Fraser Recreation Department at (586)-296-8483. Cost is $60 Residents and $73 Non-Residents. Price includes shirt, admission, shoe rental, ball usage, and end of season party.  Register by September 14th


All Ages Music Ensembles

We are gathering information for people interested in joining a community music ensemble! Whether you played in high school and would love to pick it back up, or you’re learning an instrument and want more opportunities to play, fill out the form at http://bit.ly/2HTFYoR and when we get enough to form an ensemble we will contact you!

Private Music Lessons – all ages
Students who are too young to join a class or anyone wanting to learn more about the instrument that they have been meaning to pick up can sign up for lessons! Teachers available for Guitar, Drums, Brass, Voice, Piano (up to intermediate), Trombone, Mandolin and Ukulele. Contact the Activity Center at 586.296.8483 or and let us know your instrument of choice and preferred times and we will match you up with an instructor! Price varies according to instrument and instructor.
