NOTICE OF BOARD VACANCIES

The City of Fraser currently has some exciting opportunities for residents who would like to help shape the future of our City.  We are accepting applications and/or letters of interest to serve on some of our Boards and Commissions.   We are excited at the direction the City is taking and look forward to getting more people involved with the process.

Details about our vacancies on the following Boards and Commissions

 

  • Assessing Board of Review – 1 members (this is for the alternate position)
    • This is a two (2) year term and the Assessing Board of Review will meet three (3) times per year.  
  • Historical Commission – 3 members
    • These are four (4) year terms.  This Board will meet once per month.
  • Recreation Commission – 3 members
    • These are three (3) year terms.   This Commission meets once per month.
  • Planning Commission – 4 members
    • These are three (3) year terms.   The Planning Commission generally meets once per month but may meet more often if necessary.
  • Zoning Board of Appeals – 1 members
    • These are three (3) year terms.   The Zoning Board of Appeals generally meets once per moth but may meet more often if necessary.
  • Construction Board of Appeals – 2 members
    • These are two (2) year terms.  The Construction Board of Appeals will meet only when necessary.
  • Local Officers Compensation Commission – 1 member
    • Partial Term-Vacancy Term Ends 6/30/2022
