  2. Senior Chair Yoga

    July 16, 2019, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Fraser Activity Center

    Tuesdays at 11 am, 6 week sessions starting July 2nd and August 13th Chair yoga focuses on increasing movement and using a chair assures that people of all abilities are able to participate. Cost for 6 sessions is $26 members, $32 non-members.

  3. Senior Russian High Tea @ The Royal Eagle

    Tuesday, July 16th, bus leaves at 11:15. Join us for a fancy luncheon. The Royal Eagle is located in Harper Woods on the grounds of a monastery. Guests are welcomed to walk the grounds and enjoy the beautiful gardens. We are asked that standards of dress and behavior be observed. Cost is $40 Members and $46 Non-Members.

    Matter of Balance presented by Area Agency on Aging 1-B Tuesdays for 8 weeks, Beginning June 4th from 1pm to 3pm (skipping July 2nd) Do you have concerns about falling? Join this class presented by the Macomb Area Agency on Aging to learn informational tips, group exercises to increase strength, flexibility and endurance while sharing solutions and positive thinking! A Matter of Balance is an evidence based program for seniors who want to learn more about preventing falls and want to live an overall heathier, more positive life! Cost is $8.00 for 8 sessions. Don’t miss your chance on this popular program!

  5. Family Stem Night - Canceled, To Be Rescheduled

    July 16, 2019, 9:00 PM @ McKinley Park

    Please join Engineer Rachel at McKinley Park for an evening of star gazing and learning on July’s full moon night. She will have a couple of telescopes there to discuss how they work and let the children look up close at the moon. Please bring a blanket, flashlight and if you have your own telescope. Parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration.
