    Tuesdays at 11 am, 6 week sessions starting July 2nd and August 13th Chair yoga focuses on increasing movement and using a chair assures that people of all abilities are able to participate. Cost for 6 sessions is $26 members, $32 non-members.

    Restaurant Rovers Last Tuesday of the Month, Bus Departs at approx. 11 am Tuesday, May 28, El Charro’s JUNE & JULY Get out and try something new! Our bus will take us to a new restaurant every month. Cost varies depending on location we are traveling to. Cost is for transportation; lunch is on your own. Menus will be available at the Center upon request.

    Matter of Balance presented by Area Agency on Aging 1-B Tuesdays for 8 weeks, Beginning June 4th from 1pm to 3pm (skipping July 2nd) Do you have concerns about falling? Join this class presented by the Macomb Area Agency on Aging to learn informational tips, group exercises to increase strength, flexibility and endurance while sharing solutions and positive thinking! A Matter of Balance is an evidence based program for seniors who want to learn more about preventing falls and want to live an overall heathier, more positive life! Cost is $8.00 for 8 sessions.
